Johor Bahru, 6 July 2007 – It is a wedding of your dreams at Pulai Springs Resort. Over 20 exhibitors will be present at the WEDDING EXTRAVAGANZA 2007 held at the Resort this July. This inaugural event hosted by the Resort will witness a spectacular line-up of wedding experts and specialists from Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. These include reputable bridal houses (Malay, Chinese & Indian), hairstylists, make-up artists, photographers, florists, wedding planners and more. They will showcase their products and services and also be on hand to provide useful advise and tips for creating that perfect wedding.

The event will also be graced by some renowned specialists in the wedding industry. This includes famous wedding gown designer Melvin Lam, celebrity photographer Kid Chan and popular wedding planner, Stephen Foong. Every corner of the Resort will be filled with interesting displays and activities to ensure a rewarding experience for all visitors during that weekend. For a formal sit-down dinner, Dewan Inderaputera is one of the choices with a seating capacity of up to 300 persons. It is a grand high volume ceiling banquet hall which facilitates specialised decorations for thematic parties. If you would like to try a different venue, with a seating capacity of 700 persons for a sit down dinner, Dewan Kencanapuri is the perfect choice for wedding banquets. This is a new banquet concept in a fully air-conditioned tentage with comprehensive banquet facilities overlooking the golf course.

There are also 3 other venues dedicated for functions in smaller scales. These venues are able to accommodate approximately from 20 persons to 80 persons in various seating arrangement and include Kayangan Suites, Maharani Suites and Cengal Suite.
