The restaurant’s brigade of skilled chefs, headed by Chef Tom will be preparing a spectacular array of more than 150 must-have buka puasa dishes. The buffet spread will boast a plethora of piquant local salads, pickles, meat, seafood, barbecue and carving station, Middle Eastern, Western and Chinese food corners and main courses, soups, desserts, an assortment of hot and spicy dishes prepared on the spot and free flow of selected drinks and local popular desserts in six rotational menus.
